This is a cracking erotic thriller. There is violence, grim political realities in far off countries and dynamic heroes. There is also sex, lots of it and written very well.

The young heroine is in love with her adopted brother (there is no incest here), but has never been aware of his love for her, or the lies he’s spun about his life. When he goes missing she discovers his secret (read James Bond) and decides to save his life by travelling to South America to find him and bring him home. The rest of the book is about the consequences of her brave and selfless act. We slowly learn about the torture suffered by Luke and we learn his enemies are not going to let him go easily.

If you enjoy your books with a passionate love affair, plenty of action and a surprising romantic twist you’ll love this novel – we certainly did.
